Edit Profile

Available on the Plex mobile apps for iOS and Android you can edit your Profile and access your friends list by opening the side bar and clicking on your profile image.

After going to profile screen click on the Edit Profile button to make edits

The things you can currently edit on your profile are your profile image, username, and full name.

• Profile Image: On our mobile apps you can edit your image with something from your device or take an image with the device camera
• Username: The identifier for your Plex account, that can not be the same as any other Plex account.
• Full Name: Can be set to a non-unique value which will be displayed instead of your username in Apps and above your username in your profile This may be referred to as the “friendly name” (Note this cannot be used to sign into Plex)

Edit Friends

You can also make some edits to your group of friends who have full accounts list from this page. (For managed users go to the app settings and choose Plex Home)

Click on a friends avatar then you can remove an exiting friend by clicking on the Friend button or edit their Library Access settings to your Plex Media Server.

Click on View All where you can see the friends in a list and Add a friend or select the Requests tab to accept any friend requests and view ones you have sent.
